This pandemic has many repercussions beyond the actual virus and many of us have been living in a climate of fear for months now. In fact some people have been tested in ways we could never have imagined.  Consequently in our therapy practice, as we emerge from lockdown, we are seeing more and more clients (both adults and children) who are now suffering from fears and phobias such as fear of loss, fear of being ill, lack of security, fear of the future etc.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

We have much experience in OCD, which for many people stops them from enjoying life to the full and often creates social barriers. So how do we help you?

We provide you with an experienced, fully qualified, professional Clinical Therapist.  You have a choice of either a male or female therapist.  We will provide discrete and confidential therapy to help you to overcome your problems or issues very quickly.

During our one to one sessions with clients we will first take a full history of the fear or phobia.  After that we will explain exactly how Hypnotherapy and other treatments will work for you.  All clients are different and therefore our treatments are tailored to the individual.  Following the initial consultation we will be able to tailor make a treatment plan just for you.  We will also be able to tell you how many sessions you will need.

After the one to one sessions our clients will receive a Dropbox link for an MP3 download to their computer.  We ask our clients to listen to these recordings between sessions.  Listening to an MP3 download reinforces the suggestions, making them stronger and more lasting.
