About your trainer
Julie Hurst holds an MSc in Positive Psychology and is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society. She is currently undertaking a PhD in compassion practices and the wellbeing and resilience of children. Her working life is divided between training in schools and major companies on wellbeing and resilience, and a private practice where she works with both adults and children.
