Controlling Panic Attacks
We all feel anxious from time to time and this is perfectly normal, but when a panic attack strikes, it feels anything but normal.
A panic attack can happen completely ‘out of the blue’, and often occur for little or no apparent reason. The onset of a panic attack is usually very sudden, and is basically an exaggeration of the body’s normal response to fear. The chemical adrenaline which is normally produced when we need to do something, for example run from danger or stand and fight, is overproduced and the result is a multitude of unpleasant sensations.
Listening to this self-hypnotic recording will help to give you the resources you need to reduce these episodes, and also give you strategies to help you cope with panic.
