On Tuesday 6th September 2022 at 6pm I am launching another Weight Loss Online Group, this is a 4-week group hypnosis weight loss programme which will take place via Zoom. Subsequent sessions will then take place on the 13th September; 20th September and 28th September. These professional sessions will be practical, functional, friendly, and easy-going.
Joining this zoom group means that you can be part of the weight loss programme from wherever you live. You can interact with other participants in a four week supportive programme that will fundamentally change your mind-set and your relationship with food, find the ‘off’ button for cravings and shed that excess weight for good!
Places on the Zoom Weight Loss Programme are just £40 for each session that is £160 for the full 4-week course.
