On 9th January 2024 at 6pm I am launching another Weight Loss Online Group, this is a 4-week group hypnosis weight loss programme which will take place via Zoom. Subsequent sessions will then take place on the 16th January, 23rd January and 30th January. These professional sessions will be practical, functional, friendly, and easy-going.
Joining this zoom group means that you can be part of the weight loss programme from wherever you live. You can interact with other participants in a four week supportive programme that will fundamentally change your mind-set and your relationship with food, find the ‘off’ button for cravings and shed that excess weight for good!
Places on the Zoom Weight Loss Programme are just £40 for each session that is £160 for the full 4-week course.
