Understanding Menopause and Its Symptoms

The menopause typically occurs around age 51 (between 40 and 55) when a woman hasn't had a period for 12 months. This results from a natural decrease in oestrogen and progesterone. While every woman's journey is unique, common menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms that we can help you manage include:
