Hi Margaret , I have now lost 2 stone 1 pound!!! I feel really good and cannot praise you enough for helping me to do this. I now I have 3 stone to go but I just know I will do it. I just have 3 meals a day and never even think about food in between meals. I never feel hungry [or deprived] What does amaze me is that since October I have not eaten or been tempted to eat a chocolate, sweets, biscuits, cakes, deserts, processed food of any kind. Well actually I do have 3 bags of crisps each week but this is not a diet after all! I do not think I could eat anything sweet if you said I could now. It just does not feature in my thoughts any more. The weight loss has given me a whole new wardrobe as well as lots more energy. Hi Margaret, thanks for your e-mail. I'm very well thanks, I'm still doing my visualizations their getting easier, I've found by picturing a set of scales with my desired weight on it makes my image a bit clearer if that makes sense. I'm also still saying my affirmations, I've made them part of my daily routine so I'll say 2/3 while brushing my teeth in a morning, a couple more to myself while at work etc, I'm finding that they help me a lot, they really give me a boost. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me on this journey, I've spent most of my life trying every diet & weight loss system that’s probably known to man, but have never found it so easy & felt so positive about losing weight as I have been with this. I cannot thank Clem Turner enough through the biggest challenge I've ever undertaken of swimming the English Channel. I was seeing a physiotherapist for a pain in my shoulder whilst I was training. I was very concerned that the pain would stop me from achieving my goal. The physiotherapist recommended seeing a hypnotherapist and suggested seeing Clem or Margaret Turner as they were highly experienced and very effective at helping people remove negative thoughts and promote a positive attitude. The sessions I had with Clem not only removed my negative thoughts on my shoulder it changed my whole perspective towards life and I am a much more positive person as a result. I swam the channel in 11 hours 35 mins and and although I was extremely sick during the swim I never doubted for a second I would achieve my goal, this was due to the techniques Clem taught me. I later found out I had a ruptured bicep tendon and therefore I was seriously hampered during my swim, however the pain became manageable using these techniques. All I can say is the techniques really work, it will change peoples lives it did mine!! Thanks again to Clem you are a superstar and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending you to anyone!!

Hi Clem I just wanted to let you know that I worked my first 30 hour week at my new job this week. I’ve been going in a couple of days a week for the last two weeks for training but started properly on Monday. I haven’t had any panic attacks or anxiety, just the normal amount of new job nerves! I have been to see both Clem and Margaret on two separate occasions, Clem for anxiety and, a few years later, Margaret for insomnia. Both were extremely helpful.
